If you signed up to volunteer at the festival, please plan to attend either this in-person orientation at Harriet Island Regional Park on Sunday, September 13, or the Zoom session on Wednesday, September 16.

Where to Attend
Meet us in front of the Clarence W. Wigington Pavilion at 200 Dr. Justus Ohage Boulevard.
Here’s what to expect:

Free vegan pizza & drinks
- Your volunteer t-shirt
- Overview of key locations at the festival, such as where to check-in
- Overview of code of conduct and expectations
- Emergency plan overview
- Directions and day-of logistics
- A chance to meet fellow volunteers and CAA staff
- Q&A session
Plentiful free parking is available on-site for the orientation.
