If you signed up to volunteer at the festival, please plan to attend either this Zoom orientation (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86736360737) on Wednesday, September 16, or the in-person session at Harriet Island Regional Park in Saint Paul on Sunday, September 13.

What the meeting will accomplish
We will provide an overview of:
- Key locations at the festival, including where to check in
- Code of conduct and expectations
- Emergency plan
- Directions and day-of logistics
There will also be:
- A chance to meet fellow volunteers and CAA staff
- and a Q&A session
We will record the session for those unable to attend live.
