Up to ten people can sign up to experience joy and boost their health with this fun practice that is suitable for any age or ability level (It is not physically demanding).

How to Sign Up for Laughter Yoga
This event is on May 16 at 3 pm at the CAA office in NE Minneapolis. Sign up through the RSVP feature on this page. Tickets are only $10 per person. What a fun way to connect and find stress relief and joy!
What to Expect
Come dressed for comfort. This session is welcoming and open to all abilities. Certified Laughter Yoga leader Theresa Zingery will guide us through the poses and fun activities that are sure to bring happiness to your day. After the session, stick around for community time and some light plant-based snacks.
The office is ADA accessible.
